A 4 bedroom town house built of super-insulated timber frame designed over 4 floors sits over looking Whitehaven harbour. The minimalist detail and contemporary appearance takes as its influence the grand ‘captains’ houses built at times when Whitehaven dominated the seas far more than it does now.
